How To Be Attractive To The Opposite Sex – Simple Exercises To Achieve Attractiveness
Let me be honest. The reason why I workout is not for the health benefits, the release of stress, for sport, or for necessity. I started working out and continue to do so because I want to appeal attractive to girls. Simple.
Yes, all of the things I mentioned are great as a result of working out, but all those things wouldn’t matter to me unless for the simple fact of being attractive. This may seem bizarre to you or not, but the simple fact is, that if you want to become attractive to the opposite sex then you have to understand some basic math. (Read on to find out.)
Being attracted to someone has many different complex components that aren’t really noticed by the conscious mind. There are many different things going on in our body and our subconscious mind that we have no idea about. But, basically the things that we find “attractive” all go back to our primitive selves. And it’s also important to note that not everyone finds the same qualities in a mate to be attractive.
At times, attractiveness may seem shallow or childish. But the things we find attractive come from years of evolution and the way our bodies look, signifying between healthy and unhealthy people.
Basically everything comes down to the point of reproduction. The healthier you are, the better offspring you will create. And the better the offspring

the better the change of that person surviving. This is what influenced the cavemen and this basically is what influences us now.
And most people don’t understand that a lot of how we determine the “best match” isn’t in the physical form. An example of non-physical is pheromones. I won’t go into the details, but if you aren’t familiar with pheromones, they are chemicals secreted through your skin, that when someone comes in contact with these chemicals it results in a response.
There are different types of pheromones, that mean different things, but the ones I’m talking about are the sex pheromones. If a “potential mate” comes in contact with these chemicals, that person’s body will determine how healthy that person is and if it is a right match. As far as physical attraction goes it’s much more clear on what is attractive and what’s not. It’s different for males and females (obviously) and just about every culture can agree with these attraction “laws”. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that everyone finds the same qualities to be attractive, as I had said. But these are just the main ones.
Qualities In males That Are Attractive
I don’t think I need to tell you that females find muscle on a male to be attractive. This signifies health and being about to defend for himself. This is important because back when are primitive self’s needed to hunt to survive; the strongest males had the best cut of the meat. The gibber males could defend themselves better and intimidate the weaker, less aggressive males.
The more meat, the healthier they were and the better offspring they would create. This is the simple way to look at it. But you can even take it a step further.
This is where the math I was talking about earlier comes in play. It has been researched that women find males with a WHR (waist-to-hip ratio) of 0.8 – 0.9 to be the most attractive. And a WSR (waist-to-shoulder ratio) of 0.6 to also be attractive. The more important number is the latter. This is because the wider the shoulders the more attractive a male will be. So a wide shoulder width with a v-shaped like torso is the best form for a male.
Qualities In Females That Are Attractive
This is probably going to be the shortest section in this article because everyone knows what makes women attractive. But the numbers for females are a

WHR of 0.7. Generally this number will give you that hourglass shape or pear shape that males can’t get their minds off of. The wider the hips on a female the better, while still maintaining the 0.7 WHR. This is a sign of fertility and the right amounts of estrogen levels. The lower you’re WHR the more attractive you are.
Working Out To Achieve Attractiveness
So how does all this math and science tie into working out and fitness? Well, working out can help you achieve these numbers and create better sex appeal. The better you can focus your effects to achieve these numbers the more heads you can turn walking down the street.
Let’s start with the guys first. If you are a guy that wants to be more attractive then focus a lot of your attention on your shoulders and your traps. If you can achieve strong shoulder muscles along with all of your other large muscles the better your changes are to attract a mate.

Now for the ladies. Don’t worry too much about your hips. It really only matters about your waist.
Things you can do to get an hourglass shape:
Perform the kettlebell swing.
Cardio – This will trim or maintain excess fat that is stored in your waist.
Focus on working your abs.
Eat a well balanced diet that is high in protein and low in complex carbs. Eat more often than normal. (About 5 small meals a day) This will speed up your metabolism.
