Let’s face it…Running SUCKS!

Reason 1: You don’t have proper form when you run

It is vital to have perfect form when running because is you don’t, it can

easily effect your energy levels and can lead to serious injuries. You shouldn’t be just concerned about your legs either. You have to make sure your head, neck, midsection, and your hips are in the right places.

So you see the problem lies in their inability to run for longer periods. If they could only work on their endurance levels and their running speed, they would definitely notice substantial fat loss on their body, usually on their stomach and thighs.
